Serve as a key member of the internal consulting function that directly supports the CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors on both internal and external presentations, financial analysis, and strategic priorities. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports to support strategic decision making and planning. Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency. Prepare investor presentations, scripts, messaging and Q&A documents for the CEO and CFO. Contribute to the strategy and implementation of an investor relations program that is aligned with key enterprise priorities and financial goals. Lead the execution of strategic initiatives and programs by managing cross-functional work streams and ensuring accountability from stakeholders from across the organization. Translate performance data into key financial and operational priorities that center on driving complexity reduction (80/20) and profitable growth. Research and monitor industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices. Directly support any inorganic growth initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. Candidate Attributes A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance function, working in a multi-location, multi-dimensional (e.g. multiple businesses) environment a plus. Progressive experience in financial planning and analysis required. Experience in the Investor Relations function at a public company preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills and ability to handle complex and large data sets. Highly motivated individual who has proven success in working independently within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining “executive presence” under pressure. Creative thinker with an ability to see the big picture, while paying close attention to detail. Accounting or finance degree required; MBA is a plus.
