Role Description

GolfRoots is seeking an Order Fulfillment Manager for a full-time on-site role in Dallas, Texas. The Order Fulfillment Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of managing orders, packing and processing orders, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring efficient order management.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving and verifying customer orders from the company's eCommerce platform
  • Picking and packing products (~100/day) for each order accurately and efficiently
  • Comparing shipping rates and selecting the most cost-effective and timely shipping options
  • Generating shipping labels and packing slips for each order
  • Coordinating with shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.) for pick-up or drop-off of shipments
  • Coordinating with the customer service team to ensure that any order changes/exchanges are handled smoothly and accurately
  • Analyzing order data and identifying trends or areas for improvement
  • Generating reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order processing time, shipping costs, and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinating with suppliers or manufacturers for box/packaging replenishment

Qualifications

  • Box packing and packaging experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Experience in inventory management is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the golf industry is a plus
