Job Summary:

Train and coach Agile scrum teams, Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Solutions Managers, Scrum Teams, and leaders on Kanban, Scrum, Lean-Agile and Scaled Agile Framework. Act as a change agent for teams transitioning to new methodologies and support on-going relentless improvement.

What you will contribute:
  • Guides and mentor teams in the consistent practice of Kanban, Scrum, Lean-Agile, and SAFe.
  • Coaches and mentor Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Scrum teams and leaders.
  • Coaches and mentor Solutions Management teams on Lean-Agile Portfolio Management techniques.
  • Delivers Leading SAFe training across North America and internationally, as needed.
  • Coaches and guide teams through Program Increment planning, Inspect and Adapt, and other key activities.
  • Assists with regular SAFe team assessments and provide coaching back to teams for relentless improvement.
  • Assists teams with tracking key metrics such as flow, predictability, productivity, and quality.
  • Participates in both the internal and external Agile community to stay abreast of challenges, leading practices, and emerging trends.
  • Assists with refining the Agile delivery process to reduce areas of uncertainty that become impediments for the team.
  • Leads the internal Agile community of practice to reinforce organization's Agile practices.
  • Educates leaders and assist with setting the SAFe vision for the organization.
  • Acts as a change agent with the senior leaders of the organization to help Agile and non-Agile teams make the transition to SAFe.
  • Promotes metrics-led, continuous improvement of the Agile delivery processes and propose adaptations of the methodology to address new challenges.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Technical / Business experience (Required)
  • 10+ years relevant work experience; 2-3 years at the Expert level or equivalent experience (Preferred)
  • 3+ years' experience as an Agile and/or SAFe consultant or coach (Preferred)
  • SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) Certification or SAFe Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT) certification (Preferred)
  • Healthcare Technology experience (Preferred)


Travel Requirements:

Less than 15% travel - Quarterly and ad hoc as needed

Working Arrangements:

Work can be performed in a standard office environment or in a home office setting.
