Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks, proposing and implementing mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and financial reporting standards.

Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow effectively to support ongoing operations and capital projects. Implement measures to optimize working capital and reduce financial risks.

Capital Structure and Financing: Evaluate and recommend financing options to support growth initiatives. Manage relationships with financial institutions and oversee debt covenants.

Cost Control and Efficiency: Collaborate with operational teams to analyze project costs and identify opportunities for cost control and efficiency improvement. Implement and monitor cost management initiatives.

Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Collaborate with other department heads to ensure a holistic approach to company-wide success.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Proven experience as a CFO in the construction industry. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. In-depth knowledge of construction financial management, including project costing and revenue recognition. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
