Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our client’s executive team. The CFO will oversee all financial aspects of the company, drive financial strategy, and support the company’s ambitious growth plans. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with an innovative leadership team in a fast-growing SaaS company, where your contributions will have a tangible impact on the company’s success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company’s continued growth and market leadership in the SaaS sector.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis with a focus on scalability.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to the CEO and executive team to inform key business decisions.
  • Oversee cash flow, financial reporting, audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage relationships with private equity partners, investors, and other stakeholders to optimize capital structure and support future growth.
  • Lead fundraising efforts and oversee financial operations to support new initiatives.
  • Scale and mentor the finance and accounting teams as the company continues its rapid expansion.
  • Ensure the implementation of robust financial systems and controls to drive accuracy and accountability.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within SaaS or other subscription-based, technology-driven, or recurring revenue businesses.
  • Strong understanding of financial models and metrics in a subscription-based or recurring revenue environment is a plus.
  • Experience with private equity-backed companies, fundraising, and investor relations.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities with a focus on driving results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
