Job description:
In your new role you will:
- Help support with semiconductor product engineering tasks.
- Learn about Microcontroller IC design and manufacturing process
- Learn about Microcontroller spec and functionality
- Debug customer failure analysis cases, learn to use ATE and bench tools and equipment and writing FW
- Create new ATE test documentation, prepare test HW and documentation for wafer sort and Backend package testing if new ICs
- Support volume production products with yield improvements and Oversea production transfer.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program.
- EE Degree
- A Junior or Senior
- Have a 3.5+ GPA (preferred)
- Available to Intern for a minimum of(12 weeks)
