As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for the following: Project Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently. Safety and Compliance: Prioritize safety, compliance, and quality assurance to meet industry regulations and maintain the highest standards. Stakeholder Communication: Keep project owners and managers informed about progress, addressing any challenges and opportunities promptly. Subcontractor Management: Efficiently coordinate and oversee subcontractors to ensure the successful execution of our projects.

We're seeking candidates with the following qualifications: Multifamily Construction Expertise: Experience in multifamily construction, with a preference for those familiar with stick-framing techniques. Strong Project Management Skills: Exhibit strong project management skills, displaying your proficiency in organizing, executing, and completing projects to the highest standards. Ground-Up Construction Knowledge: A background in ground-up construction is a significant advantage, showcasing your ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
