Adobe, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Google Analytics, HTML, JavaScript, SalesforceJob Description**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered. ****Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements. *****Only qualified Digital Marketing Specialist candidates located in the Houston, TX area will be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Journalism or related fieldThree (3) years of full-time experience in marketing and search engine optimization (in addition to education requirement)Qualifications:Hands-on experience in marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)Detailed knowledge of email regulations, best practices, and compliance internationally in various regulatory regimes (e.g., GDPR or CASL)Knowledge of leading SEO/SEM in revenue driving e Commerce environmentsMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in SEO roles, with a proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic trafficProficiency in SEO tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO keyword research toolsIn-depth knowledge of technologies and processes to run search media campaigns including Facebook Ad Manager, Google and Bing AdsSolid experience with web analytics and tagging platforms (Adobe Suite)Familiarity with web design and content management systems (Adobe is a plus)Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisions and comprehensive analyses of program performanceSolid understanding of web protocols, web application architectures and frameworksExperience implementing HTML/CSS and JavaScriptWe are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels with a focus on email marketing and SEO. The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in increasing brand preference, driving website traffic, and generating leads through effective online strategies.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive website traffic, increase brand preference, and generate leadsCreate emails campaigns from start to finish in collaboration with business owners, copy writers, visual designers, and data teamsLead and manage end-to-end campaign processes including building, designing, testing and execution of campaignsContinuously optimize email content quality to improve opens, clicks, conversion or other relevant KPIsConduct keyword research and SEO audits to optimize website content and improve search engine rankingsCollaborate with content creators and web developers to implement SEO recommendations and integrate SEO best practices into website development and content creation processesMonitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and external agencies, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectivesBenefits:For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
