Based in Austin, TX, we are a cutting-edge technology company providing sensor, data acquisition and signal processing solutions to the oil and gas industry and pipeline industry. Our proprietary products leverage advanced engineering/physics/science and allow engineers to make smart on-the-fly decisions.

Role: The marketing specialist will be a creative and analytical thinker responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategies. This role requires wearing multiple hats, as you'll be involved in a variety of tasks, from digital marketing campaigns to event planning and market research. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, ready to take on challenges with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing calendar Oversee and manage all digital marketing channels (e.g., website, blogs, emails, and social media) to ensure brand consistency. Generate engaging content for various platforms to attract and retain customers. This includes writing, editing, graphics, and ensuring that all content aligns with our voice and brand standards. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals. Optimize website content, target keywords, and use Google Analytics and other relevant sites to drive traffic to company pages. Plan, organize, and execute events and sponsorships to promote brand awareness. Develop and implement strategies for engaging with customers through various channels, to ensure a positive customer experience and build brand loyalty. Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of company goals, as seen through marketing efforts, and to gather necessary information for campaigns.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Proven experience as a marketing specialist or similar role. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to think creatively and innovatively. Experience with content management systems, email marketing services, and social media platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment. Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
