Honolulu, HI

market to recruit and hire a customer-facing Enhancement Account Manager

to join their landscape maintenance team. The Landscape Enhancement Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales, managing projects, and overseeing a team of dedicated staff. Responsibilities

include but are not limited to: Create accurate and competitive estimates for landscape enhancement projects, taking into account materials, labor, and equipment costs. Develop comprehensive proposals that showcase our services and value to clients. Proactively drive sales efforts to meet and exceed the annual sales target of $1 million. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling enhancement services to existing clients while expanding our client base. Aspire Experience: Utilize technology and software tools for project management, estimating, and client communication. Oversee landscape enhancement projects, including but not limited to planting, hardscape installations, irrigation, and landscape lighting. Manage and lead a team of 6 employees, consisting of 2-3 man crews. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure project success and employee growth. Responsible for procurement of materials and equipment required for enhancement projects, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience: 2+ years prior work experience in residential and commercial landscaping as an Enhancement Manager or similar role. Proven experience in estimating and proposal development within the landscape industry. Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a minimum of $1 million in annual sales. Knowledge of and experience with Aspire or similar landscape management software. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in relevant software and tools. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven procurement management experience. Compensation and benefits
