Overview

Our Product Manager will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to serve our customers, the leading retailers, brands, and suppliers. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for product and a knack for distilling technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Triage incoming client requests and assigned projects, ensuring timely and articulate responses, and follow through to release.

Collaborate with the engineering and UX team to prioritize client requests, balancing urgency and resource availability.

Act as a liaison between the engineering team, other internal teams, and clients to facilitate clear communication and understanding of product features and developments.

Engage in product validation and Quality Assurance (Q&A) to ensure the highest standards of product functionality and user experience.

Oversee documentation processes for product changes and updates.

Manage product release cycles, coordinating between teams to ensure smooth rollouts and client transitions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a product manager at a SAAS company

Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

Intrapreneurial with a founder mindset.

Experience working on a global product management team.
