Lead Clinician

Join our dynamic team at and become our next Foster Care Services Lead Clinician In this exciting role, you’ll be the driving force behind ensuring that every child in our foster care program receives top-notch clinical support and services.
As the Lead Clinician, you’ll be the go-to expert, providing consultation and trauma-informed expertise to our dedicated staff and stakeholders. Your mission? To foster stable placements and provide invaluable clinical feedback that makes a real difference in the lives of our children.
But that’s not all You’ll also have the opportunity to conduct engaging trainings for our new staff, ensuring they’re equipped with the tools they need to succeed. And with your direct supervision, our team of clinicians will thrive under your guidance.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Supporting and supervising clinicians to deliver exceptional services and documentation.
Providing direct therapeutic services to our clients and community, including group work and family therapy.
Facilitating comprehensive clinical training for our new team members.
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and documentation practices.
Collaborating with stakeholders to provide valuable clinical feedback and support.
Building positive relationships with our funding and licensing sources, families, and collaterals.
Participating in data collection and review to continually improve our programs.
Offering crisis intervention and guidance to our staff when needed.
And here’s what you need to bring to the table:
A Master’s degree in Social Work or a relevant behavioral science.
Licensure to provide clinical services or eligibility to obtain licensure.
Supervisory experience and excellent delegation skills.
Prior experience working with refugee and/or immigrant populations is a plus.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle stress with ease.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
