Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting and supervising clinicians to deliver exceptional services and documentation.
  • Providing direct therapeutic services to our clients and community, including group work and family therapy.
  • Facilitating comprehensive clinical training for our new team members.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and documentation practices.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to provide valuable clinical feedback and support.
  • Building positive relationships with our funding and licensing sources, families, and collaterals.
  • Participating in data collection and review to continually improve our programs.
  • Offering crisis intervention and guidance to our staff when needed.


And here’s what you need to bring to the table:

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work or a relevant behavioral science.
  • Licensure to provide clinical services or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Supervisory experience and excellent delegation skills.
  • Prior experience working with refugee and/or immigrant populations is a plus.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle stress with ease.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
