Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role (3 days in office). As the Business Development Specialist at Gleen, you will be responsible for prospecting and booking meetings with new customers, attend events and be the face of Gleen. You will create and implement strategies to drive the company's growth and expand our customer base. The role is located in Silicon Valley, CA.

In 6 months to an year, this role will evolve into Account Executive role. So, the candidate must be prepared for that.

What you'll do:

  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline
  • Drive new business meetings by conducting targeted outreach, email campaigns, social campaigns and cold calls
  • Research and build new accounts
  • Conduct discovery calls

Qualifications

  • About 1 year of sales or related professional experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High motivation and ability to grind hard in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the B2B Saas, AI, Retail, or customer success industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
