We're searching for a full-time legal intake specialist in our Providence office to help us succeed You'll serve as the compassionate voice of our law firm, collecting relevant details about their cases, and assessing whether each case aligns with our firm's expertise. We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates strong communication abilities, a compassionate approach to client interactions, and excellent organizational skills to handle a variety of tasks efficiently.Salary negotiable based on experience.ResponsibilitiesClient Interaction:•Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from potential clients.•Conduct thorough initial interviews with prospective clients to gather detailed information about their personal injury claims.•Explain the firm's services and walk clients through the intake process.Case Evaluation & Administrative Support:•Assess the viability of new cases based on initial information.•Schedule consultations for potential clients with attorneys when required.•Facilitate client sign-ups electronically.•Accurately input and maintain detailed client and case information in our case management system.•Ensure all necessary documentation is collected, organized, and appropriately completed.•Maintain a streamlined and organized intake process to ensure timely handling of all client inquiries.•Provide administrative support to the intake team as necessary.Qualifications•Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach.•Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.•Previous experience in a law firm, customer service, or related field is a plus.•Proficiency with case management software is preferred.
