- Perform all required daily audit procedures and reports as set forth by OHM and the hotel.
- Verify the status of all wake-up call requests and ensure they are properly handled.
- Balance all cash receipts and work performed during the audit shift. Ensure accurate deposit of cash.
- Prepare the front office for the daytime shift, and reset the day's business.
- Act as a Guest Service Representative and Manager on Duty during nighttime hours.
- Attend and actively participate in all front-office meetings.
- Participate in all training and cross-training programs.
- Report to work for scheduled shifts, on time and in uniform in accordance with company policy.
- Know and comply with all company policies and procedures pertaining to this position and its duties.
- Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
- Embrace O'Reach, Green Team, Guest Service, Team Member Satisfaction, Health & Wellness, and Safety culture.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
- Strong leadership, management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.

- High School diploma or GED is preferred.
- 2+ years of hospitality customer service experience preferred.
- Night audit experience in hospitality is highly preferred.
- Due to the nature of the business, scheduling may vary and include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Light Work: Exerting up to 40 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
- May be required to lift in excess of 40 pounds on occasion.
- Inside work environment. Not substantially exposed to adverse conditions.
