What You'll Be Doing:
Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future open positions
Conduct interviews via phone, video, or in-person
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
Business development . Connecting with local businesses to earn their business: cold-calling, on-site visits, and account management

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
