**In this role, you will:**

* Understand and retain dictionary of merchandise attributes and how to apply rules and definitions

* Accurately annotate and label images using internal programs for automation training

* Audit Vendor annotations for quality, improve vendor performance

* Analyze large data sets, identify, & communicate patterns and trends with Data Science team

* Provide constructive feedback to our engineers on tooling and processes for more efficient labeling, and to improve data quality

* Objectively interpret data and extract actionable insights for automation

* Share expert knowledge and research about specific products, brands, and retailers

* Quickly become an expert Analyst and perform Quality Control on pre-annotated data sets

* Grow to own and develop certain apparel, accessories, and jewelry categories and manage them under Lead supervision- help expand our current tag list

* Support Leads in resolving discrepancies and streamlining processes and labels

* Tackle incoming tasks within a short timeframe

* Evaluate and share metrics to help improve our productivity

* Receive, retain, and grow from in-depth feedback. Provide constructive feedback on a daily basis to peers.

* Provide collaborative input in trainings and meetings across teams

**What you'll have:**

* 2+ years experience in apparel and accessories Retail or Merchandising

* Previous experience in admin functions, coaching, or training (a plus)

* Experience in image or data labeling and analysis preferred

* Experience in managing reports, product catalogs, and databases (a plus)

* Experience working with remote teams using interpersonal skills to establish effective partnerships.

* Understanding of fashion & styling terminology required (Passion for fashion)

* General Skills Requirements:

* Tech savvy - knowledgeable with G Suite: Google Sheets, Google Slides (or equivalent programs). You rely on shortcuts and formulas for efficiency

* Analytical skills to synthesize data and performance reports

* Writing skills to deliver concise feedback and summaries across teams

* Proven ability to objectively interpret data and extract actionable insights for automation

* Able to maintain sharp focus with repetitive tasks for long periods of time

* Meticulous attention to detail - discrepancies and inconsistencies stand out to you and you seek resolutions

* Excellent communication skills; comfortable communicating across teams to guide a remote team towards goals, using success metrics, and feedback for optimum results

* Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities and workflows. Willing to support multiple parallel projects, and to accept reprioritization as necessary

* You thrive in a team setting and are eager to learn

* Highly self-directed and motivated to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
