**In this role, you will:**

* Annotate and label images using internal program for automation training

* Identify patterns and trends in data sets

* Analyze large data sets

* Provide constructive feedback to our engineers on tooling and processes for more efficient labeling, and to improve data quality

* Interpret data and extract actionable insights for automation

* Tackle incoming tasks within a short timeframe

* Evaluate metrics to help improve our productivity

* Retain and understand dictionary of merchandise attributes

* Understand, process, and retain in-depth feedback

**What you'll have:**

* Experiences in retail in-store and/or e-commerce, understand the needs in consumers

* Fashion & Styling terminology required (Passion for fashion)

* Knowledge and experience in Home department/products

* Must have strong research skills, and organizational skills

* Ability to analyze image and text description

* Ability to maintain sharp focus, even with repetitive tasks for long periods of time

* Tech savvy - knowledgeable in G Suite and MS Office

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Meticulous: Careful and attentive to detail ; Acute attention to detail

* Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable addressing all levels within an organization

* Must be a team player and eager to learn

* Highly self-directed and motivated to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment

* Ability to multitask effectively, and to accept re-prioritization as necessary
