Job Summary:
The Warranty Administrator at Quality Chevrolet NJ is responsible for managing and processing all warranty claims for the dealership. This individual will work closely with the Service department to ensure timely and accurate submission of claims to the manufacturer. This is a full-time position in the Auto industry and the job is located in Old Bridge, New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

- Process and submit all warranty claims to the manufacturer according to their specific requirements and guidelines
- Verify and document all warranty repairs and ensure they meet the manufacturer's standards
- Communicate with the Service department to gather all necessary documentation and information for warranty claims
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all warranty claims and related paperwork
- Follow up with manufacturers as needed to resolve any issues or rejections of warranty claims
- Keep up-to-date with manufacturer's policies and procedures regarding warranty coverage and reimbursement
- Work with the Finance department to ensure timely payment and proper documentation for warranty reimbursements
- Assist in the monthly warranty reconciliation process and report on warranty trends and performance
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns regarding warranty coverage for customers

Requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent, some college or vocational training in Automotive or Business Administration preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Warranty Administrator or in an administrative role in the Automotive industry
- Knowledge of warranty policies and procedures for major manufacturers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with dealership management systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
