Job Summary
The Warranty Administrator at Quality Chevrolet NJ is responsible for managing and processing all warranty claims for the dealership. This individual will work closely with the Service department to ensure timely and accurate submission of claims to the manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and submit all warranty claims according to the manufacturer's specific requirements and guidelines.
  • Verify and document all warranty repairs to ensure they meet the manufacturer's standards.
  • Communicate with the Service department to gather necessary documentation and information for warranty claims.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all warranty claims and related paperwork.

Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent, some college or vocational training in Automotive or Business Administration preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Motors Warranty Administrator or in an administrative role in the Automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of warranty policies and procedures for major manufacturers.

This is a full-time position in the Auto industry, located in Old Bridge, New Jersey. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and employee discounts on vehicles and services.
