Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze supply chain data, including inventory levels, supplier performance, demand forecasting, and transportation costs.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, logistics, warehouse management) to streamline operations.
  • Work closely with suppliers and vendors to resolve issues, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Conduct regular audits of supplier performance and suggest corrective actions when needed.
  • Monitor inventory levels, reorder points, and safety stock to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and distribution teams to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Develop contingency plans and mitigation strategies to address supply chain risks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree and 2+ years of experience preferred.
  • Proven experience as a logistics coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, PowerBI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Schedule:

  • Full-time, 40 hours
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00am-5:00pm
