Duration: 12 + Months

Location: Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid )

Pay Range: $45- $50 per hour

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with event planning and execution tasks including giveaways, gamification, housing support, and expo pass distribution.

Offer on-site operational support at events, including working the registration desk and staffing booths.

Provide hospitality services at executive events, including managing transportation, food and beverage coordination, and offering on-site host services.

Support speaker management by organizing training, scheduling reviews, managing communications and forms, and offering both virtual and on-site assistance.

Manage team budget responsibilities, including creating purchase orders, tracking expenditures, and mapping expenses.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience in marketing or marketing support, preferably within the hospitality or event sector.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
