JAT Energy, formerly known as JAT Oil Inc., is a 49yr-year-old supplier of a full line of energy products such as unbranded and branded gasoline, diesel fuels, diesel exhaust fluid, natural gas, liquid asphalt and more. JAT is currently hiring for COMMERCIAL OUTSIDE SALES.

Responsibilities:

Sales & business development

  • Customer retention & quarterly customer visits
  • Ability to prospect, build & articulate sales pipeline
  • Maintain and build relationships with existing book of business - Priority #1
  • Professionally address any issues in a timely manor - (credit, supply, pricing) that impacts customer relationships and that supports company policies and procedures.
  • Actively manage your pipeline of prospects and sales opportunities in CRM that supports the budgeted sales grow expectations including next steps, correspondence, etc. on a daily basis.
  • Implement a sales plan for new business development of fuels sales and continued development of existing customers.
  • Meet monthly and annual goals for margin and volume sold.

Qualification

  • 5yrs of Outside Sales experience
  • Strong Outside Sales and Business Development skills - Proven Track Record
  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree or higher education is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and databases
