Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the care management team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Recruit, train, and mentor care management staff, ensuring their professional development and adherence to established standards.
  • Care Management Program Oversight: Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of care management programs, policies, and protocols. Ensure effective utilization of resources and efficient coordination of care across various departments and healthcare providers.
