Business Development Associate

Diamond Executives has continued to be a top provider of market insight and consumer sales in the Orange County region. We gather market perspectives and determine consumer preferences on client products, services, and promotional sales through direct introduction and communication.

Our clients aim to provide the most advanced technology services available, and our Business Development Associates are their partners in reaching qualified leads. By having a free flow of information between the clients and our teams, we develop a deep understanding of where our clients want to be in the near future and how we can get them there through our sales and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities of a Business Development Associate:

  • Use direct communication to secure new customers, achieve outreach goals, and complete sales metrics
  • Build a positive image and representation of the client brand by providing informative customer service before, during, and after the sales process
  • Develop an understanding of the local market region to generate more relevant marketing and sales strategies for client products
  • Work with the sales team and other Business Development Associates to determine how client qualifications and protocols can be adequately conveyed to the local community
  • Utilize entry-level training on sales, customer service, client expectations, and business metrics to generate new opportunities for the client successfully
  • Analyze sales results to identify patterns, track market preferences, and better assist customer service and marketing strategies
