Growth centric opportunity for an individual to partner the CFO with all aspects of finance. This includes ad-hoc projects such as system upgrades, implementation of process, introduction of AI and automation into finance.

The CFO is a very supportive individual who is seeking a passionate Senior Accountant who wants to learn and be hands on.

Responsibilities include:

Monthly close including supporting the financial statement production Analysis of the monthly financial statements Business partnering with non financial stakeholders to articulate trends and performance General ledger management and close including journal entries Reconciliations including bank and balance sheet Support the payables and receivables team when needed Assist with the annual close process Ad hoc projects including systems, automation and process improvement Ad hoc reporting when required

Applicants must have:

2+ years' of professional accounting experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance (or similar field) is essential Passionate and driven attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team Have practical experience within a finance focused position Be excited by technology and integration into finance - Not afraid of it Be willing to work onsite in Hialeah near Miami International Airport

The organization have been in operation for a number of decades and boast strong liquidity and exciting 3-5 year plans. This position is a growth opportunity and the CFO is seeking someone who wants to develop.
