Sign on Bonus- $3,000 (the "Signing Bonus"), payable in two installments. The Clinical Supervisor at the Eagle Lake Childrens Center is responsible for coordinating clinical services, training new Clinicians and supervising the clinical department. 
Coordinate clinical services by providing oversight, supervision, and training of clinicians and staff. 

~ Monitor clinical services, documentation, and developing and maintaining ongoing partnerships with community-based providers. 

~ Conduct intake, admission, and diagnostic assessments with clients and documents information accordingly into the UC Portal and Vision Link. 

~ Attend all organizational required trainings and attend all departmental and program meetings to ensure that up-to-date information is received and /or information of policy changes or practice are adhered to. 

~ Bi-lingual in Spanish and English; read, write, and speak both languages. 

~ Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Windows. 

~ Pass a criminal history screen, including state and local child protection agency registries. 

~ Affidavit for Applicants for Employment with a Licensed Operation or Registered Childrens Home. 

 
Master's degree (or above) in social work, psychology, or related behavioral science degree.

~2 years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience. 

~ OTHER: Operational needs may require occasional working evenings and/or weekends. Must be available and willing to travel in case of an emergency evacuation and as the business need dictates.
