Trend Monitoring:

Collaboration:

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, integrated brand perception and messaging.

Crisis Management:

Develop and implement response strategies for social media crises or negative publicity.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.)

Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
