PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Forecasts, controls, and reports project costs needed within an organization.
  • Develops and provides project variances, trending and analysis of expenditures, and completion reports.
  • Reviews project costs incurred by category, calculates future costs based on labor productivity, material price increases, subcontract, wage rates and risk analysis.
  • Under general supervision, and occasional direct supervision, performs assignments requiring experience and knowledge of standard concepts within project controls.
  • Displays core competencies by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 2+ years of cost control experience, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related business discipline.
  • Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or Perm Resident.
  • Variance reports.
  • Trending cost.
  • Project Budget experience-2-6 years.
  • Cost Control experience-2-6 years.
  • Government contracting experience preferred.
  • Construction cost experience preferred.
  • Project Cost Controls.
