The Volunteer Services Manager is responsible to recruit, interview, place, train, evaluate, and retain adequate, competent, and satisfied volunteer staff. This position also provides continuing education to volunteers who in turn provide a quality of service to patients. This position works closely with management and employees to identify volunteer needs and target audiences. The Volunteer Services Manager also manages the Gift Shop and the volunteers associated with managing the gift shop.
