The Opportunity

Supports the Advisor Team in delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds customer expectations in all contact interactions. Carries out operational tasks daily to ensure all client account needs are carried out as instructed and the various regulations governing each client’s accounts are satisfied.


Count On To:

  • Be knowledgeable of HSA (Health Savings Accounts) and the IRS guidelines surrounding these types of accounts.
  • Assist the IRA department in all operational functions as needed, specifically with SIMPLE and SEP IRAs.
  • Provide front-line call center and operational process support. 
  • Operate trust, banking, and brokerage computer systems. 
  • Tabulate, post and reconcile data daily.
  • Compose and issue periodic mailings to clients of the department.
  • Prepare and file tax reporting for HSA accounts.
  • Opens new accounts for all life insurance, ESA and 529 accounts within the trust system.


Knowledge And Skills:

  • Associates Degree, related experience, and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Have a good understanding of HSA and IRA regulations and guidelines. 
  • A high level of knowledge of accounting procedures and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Understand basic accounting and mathematical principles.
  • Problem solve with changing or incomplete inputs and variables.
  • Effectively present information and respond to questions as they arise.
  • Communicate clearly in verbal, written (formal business correspondence), or presentation format. 
  • Complete assigned tasks on time, and with an exceptional level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work with minimal supervision.
  • Utilize good time management skills.
