As a Sales Manager specializing in Rock Reinforcement, you will be responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy for rock reinforcement products within the company. This role requires a deep understanding of the geotechnical and mining industries, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the rock reinforcement sector. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Sales Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for rock reinforcement products. Identify and prioritize target markets and customers. Set sales targets and goals aligned with overall business objectives. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Act as the main point of contact for key accounts. Product Knowledge and Training: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Provide product training to the sales team and customers. Collaborate with the product development team to ensure a deep understanding of rock reinforcement products. Sales Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
