Job Description: Responsible for managing the strategy and execution of marketing projects, including Sponsored Content and other campaigns. Partners with internal stakeholders and collaborates with external agencies to publish engaging content that contributes to awareness, consideration, and conversion goals. Leverage technology and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing and develop insights. Present results and recommendations to business leadership and maintain a roadmap. Ensure compliance and operational excellence. Responsibilities

Manages the direct marketing campaign delivery process. Executes campaigns including audience definitions, creative developments, test and control designs, budgeting, targeting, analyses, reporting, compliance, optimizations, and insights.

Partners with creative teams and agencies to implement new messaging and creatives.

Develops campaigns that are consistent with strategy and objectives of the business.

Partners with legal and compliance to obtain approvals for the routing of copy and audience targeting.

Monitors controls to ensure campaigns are compliant.

Manages campaign deliverables, timelines, and resources.

Ensures campaigns meet goals.

Minimum Qualifications At a minimum, here's what we need from you:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration and Management, or related.

6+ years

of experience in Marketing, Business, or related.

In lieu of education 8+ years experience in Marketing, Business, or related.

Preferred Qualifications If we had our say, we'd also look for:

Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration and Management, or related.

6+ years of

experience in f

inancial services and/or retail CPG digital experience

Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.
