What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Inspire and guide design experts in the residential building industry to integrate offsite solutions with integrated MiTek products - Educate key stakeholders on new and existing Company innovations - Grow the use of offsite solutions with integrated MiTek products by understanding technical and non-technical building challenges - Share customer feedback with internal departments to support product development - Independently identify sales opportunities and develop strategies to grow sales

What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4+ years of customer relationship management - 2+ years in the Home Building and/or Residential Construction industry - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM applications such as Salesforce - Licensed Professional Engineer (any State Board) preferred - Strong organizational and analytical skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in the construction market and knowledge of how MiTek products are used - Comfortable presenting to a technical audience - Passion for learning and collaborating with teams to solve complex problems
