As an individual contributor in this Customer Success Manager role, you will serve as the corporate and customer/facility point of contact - managing service escalations, providing reporting, and driving initiatives to ensure best-in-class benefits delivery for the supported Integrated Delivery Network (IDN). Your role: Communicate the IDN business plan to stakeholders, linking tasks and responsibilities of field teams to support initiatives promoting higher field productivity and benefits delivery with a common objective of customer satisfaction. Manage relationships with customers, working with sales and delivery colleagues to transition from a break-fix operating paradigm to one focused on customer solutions. Promote compliance and operational performance, driving accountability using metrics and analytics. Manage multiple small multi-site programs, creating synergy between projects, monitoring future work, and proactively adjusting program management plans and resource focus. Identify trends, potential scheduling challenges, manage cross-project dependencies, and leverage metrics to proactively identify at-risk projects/programs. Identify growth opportunities, manage risk, drive productivity, and manage financial performance. You're the right fit if: 5+ years of customer-facing experience within healthcare and routine client interaction as a customer success or account manager (required). 5+ years experience and understanding of Healthcare Radiology / Medical Imaging equipment (preferred). Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; adept at facilitating meetings, creating and delivering presentations. Well-versed in data analysis, reporting, and healthcare service metrics. Bachelor's degree required. 3+ years of relevant working experience, including project development and execution. Demonstrated ability to meet the physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements. Excellent communicator and collaborator with strong interpersonal skills, well-organized, and skilled at working with tight deadlines. US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates requiring sponsorship for a work-authorized visa. Company relocation benefits will not be provided. Candidates need to live within the territory or within commuting distance to Detroit, MI.
