Customer Success Manager (Spanish Fluency Required) Southern California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas Remote Full-time Locus Robotics is a leader in the rapidly growing eCommerce order fulfillment optimization space. Our solution helps warehouse owners attain 2-3X efficiency improvement over cart-picking operations, by empowering pickers to work collaboratively with our robots. All this is accomplished while integrating with the operator’s Warehouse Management System, utilizing and optimizing existing facility infrastructure. In this position, you will hold a high-visibility role as the inaugural Customer Success Manager supporting our existing clients in Mexico. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our presence and driving success in the region. You will collaborate with customers in both the United States and Mexico to plan, manage, and deploy projects involving complex warehouse automation and robotics fulfillment solutions. This role must be located in Southern California, Arizona, New Mexico, or Texas. Job Description Responsible for full project life cycle ownership and implementation from initiation to successful deployment of Locus robotics-centric warehouse automation solution at customer warehouses. Develop project and resource plans, ensure the project remains on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. Establish effective project communication plans and ensure execution. Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing project information. Perform hands-on, on-site installations of our Locus Robotics solutions, involving a unique combination of site preparation, solution installation, user training, relationship management, and effective communications. Manage customer satisfaction by building trust and understanding their business. Ensure smooth robotic operations by working hand-in-hand with customers after deployment. Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field/work experience. 5+ years’ experience in technical project management (TPM). 3+ years’ experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) 3PL, logistics, supply chain preferred. Proficient in Customer Interaction and Engagement. Proven ability to manage outward-facing project teams involving dedicated cross-functional staff, client resources, and outside vendors. Proficiency in developing and maintaining complex project plans and related applications. Strong problem-solving skills. Experience with Asana, Jira, Salesforce, and Aha is a plus. Must be willing to travel 70%. Fluent English and Spanish oral and written communication skills are required for this position.
