Qualifications and Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field 3+ years relevant finance and/or accounting experience

1+ year FP&A experience preferred 1+ year Pharma/biotech experience preferred

High level Excel knowledge, skill, and speed Excellent verbal & written communication skills Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of management Superior planning and prioritization abilities Good understanding of US GAAP accounting standards Experience learning and working with financial systems (ERP, FP&A software)

Compensation: Base salary is determined by several factors that include, but are not limited to, a successful candidate's qualifications, skills, education, experience, business needs, and market demands.
