Summary
Dunmore is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Intern to join our team. This internship is ideal for students majoring in Business Administration or Logistics who are interested in gaining practical experience in customer success and operational support. The intern will work on key projects involving data management, customer outreach, and order entry to support our customer success efforts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in transferring customer quotes and related information from SharePoint to a new database.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data during the migration process to maintain data integrity.
- Reach out to customers to verify and update contact information.
- Help clean up contact lists and encourage customers to "opt in" for marketing materials, contributing to the development of a comprehensive marketing list.
- Assist with order entry tasks, including data entry, order verification, and tracking.
- Provide support to the team in managing and processing customer orders as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and workshops to gain insights into plant operations and industry best practices.
- Travel and connect with interns from across the company at the Steel Partners intern summit.

Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Basic understanding of customer success principles and operational support.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience with data management systems or CRM platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with SharePoint or other database management tools.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is a plus.
- Standing/Sitting 30/70%
- Walking/Bending/Stooping 20%
- Lifting Requirements: 25 pounds
- Travel by air, rail, auto (5% of time)
- Work in manufacturing area, QA lab and office areas
- Exposures - Odors, Fumes, Noise, Chemicals, Temperature, Vision strain, Moving parts.
