Compensation:

Generous Base Salary PLUS an UNCAPPED industry-leading commission structure (NO CAP) along with other perks and reimbursements.

Base Salary up to 75k plus uncapped commission/income potential - 1st-year target $140k all in.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-4 years' experience in business-to-business sales. Experience selling court reporting, litigation graphics, trial presentation support, and jury research services is a plus. Reliable with an unbeatable work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Unquestionable integrity and a willingness to learn. Desire to grow both professionally and personally. Must have a hunger for success. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting new clients by phone, in person, using social media, and other methods. Attend industry trade shows and conferences. Canvas, prospect, and present services in a sales territory that will include Chicago and the surrounding areas. Deliver on KPIs and activity benchmarks. Stay informed about industry trends and competition both locally and nationally. Produce accurate prospective new business forecasts on a monthly basis. Continue to grow and cultivate a book of business upselling legal services.
