Cloud Support Engineer I

We are looking for highly motivated engineers with a focus on operational excellence and troubleshooting complex system operations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to dive deep into customer issues, investigate metrics, and innovate to automate operational tasks.

This is a shift work position, requiring some nights and/or weekends. A current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph is required for this role.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or A+ or CND (Certified Network Defender) or Network+ or Security+
  • 1-3 years of experience with Systems Administration in Linux/Unix
  • 1-3 years of experience with Networking (TCP/IP, DNS)
  • 1-3 years of experience with IT troubleshooting/support

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with internet fundamentals and cloud computing concepts
  • Experience with AWS core services and command line interface
  • Experience with virtualization and security concepts
  • Experience managing full application stacks from the OS up through custom applications
