Petroleum Service Corporation is now hiring a Customer Service Representative to support our Sustainability Logistics operation. This person will serve as an advocate for the customer, work proactively to understand customer concerns and needs, and will facilitate follow-up to resolve any issues and concerns. As we launch this new business, PSC is a partner of the Plastics Industry Associations Operation Clean Sweep program. We are now providing sustainability and recycling programs to help plastic resin manufacturers protect the environment by reducing and eliminating pellet, flake and powder loss.

Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 8-10 hour shifts with possible weekends on call.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

* Receives, processes, and follows-up on all customer orders.

* Generates pick tickets related to customer shipments.

* Collaborates with Shipping & Receiving Coordinator on daily inbound/outbound shipments.

* Reconciles all shipments, and open issues, by close of business daily.

* Cross-trains to ensure desk coverage within department.

* Maintains accurate customer profiles within warehouse management system.

* Reports any inventory or order inaccuracies to appropriate team member.

* Take ownership of customer issues and following problems through to resolution.

* Conducts investigations and creates corrective action plans for any customer related discrepancies.

* Conducts warehouse transfers.

* Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job.

Job Qualifications:

* Two years of experience in a warehouse customer service role is preferred, but not required.

* 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.

* Stable work history with good references from past employers

* Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check

* Speak fluent English

* PSC is a veteran-friendly company. Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.
