In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy that aligns customer and business objectives for the Oil & Gas segment
  • Understand customer needs through market research and voice of customer established through direct customer interactions
  • Identify, measure, analyze, and regularly report Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) compared to competitors and market
  • Evolve toolsets and constructs for real-time evaluation of industry performance and opportunity funnel
  • Work closely with the sales organization to support project pursuit and enhance the effectiveness of sales personnel within the industry vertical
  • Collaborate with internal partners to coordinate value messaging and develop the product roadmap
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data and analytics, helping to inform sales strategies and business decisions
Who You Are:

You formulate a clear strategy and map aggressive steps that will accelerate the organization toward its goals. You are a motivated and competitive individual, energized by ambiguity. You can simplify complex messages, shaping them appropriately to varied stakeholders. You use deep data analysis to support strategic decisions. You can see the big picture, as well as manage the supporting details to get there.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in a marketing, engineering, and/or business-related field
  • A minimum of 12 years transferrable professional experience
  • Deep knowledge of the Oil & Gas value chain through direct industry experience
  • Ability to lead through influence and collaborate globally
  • Comfortable presenting to customers, groups, and executives
  • Instrumentation or flow measurement background
  • Ability to travel up to 50% globally; majority is North America focused
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • MBA
  • Experience with Oil & Gas extraction, transmission, distribution, and custody transfer
  • Familiarity with data transformation and visualization software and concepts
  • Previous experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
