Job Summary:Scope of the Role Under moderate supervision, the Business Solutions Shared Services Clerical I is responsible for the ongoing support, service, and maintenance of Business Solutions group accounts and Business Solutions associates. The focus of this position is to provide support through new group setup and plan management, routing incoming client calls and other administrative tasks that support the overall success of our employee benefits division. The Business Solutions Shared Services Clerical I will have the ability to communicate effectively, collaborate with internal and external contacts, meet deadlines, organization and time management, and the ability to maintain autonomy while working on projects and duties. As breadth of knowledge increases with experience, the Business Solutions Shared Services Clerical I may become eligible to transition to the next level of Business Solutions Shared Services Clerical II.Responsibilities:Performance Outcomes Performance Outcome: Group ManagementSetup of LegalShield Group AccountsFacilitate Group UpgradesIssue Schedule A, Tax Forms, to GroupsMaintain NDA and Vendor FormsEnter Data for LegalShield Group AccountsMonitor and analyze group account reports, enrollment, payment history, and invoicesPerformance Outcome: Customer SupportAnswer incoming calls, make outgoing callsAnswer incoming emails, make outgoing emailsProvide support to internal departments regarding group inquiriesOther duties as assigned by leadershipEducation, Knowledge, and Experience Knowledgeable in Word, Excel, and PowerPointAvailability for timely communication and customer serviceStrong written and verbal communicationExcellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilitiesAdaptable and organized with ability to build rapport with customersRequires an ability to handle multiple deadlines, provide a detailed-oriented, and analytical approach to daily duties and relationship building with a high degree of confidentiality.An ability to handle multiple deadlines, while working independently and maintaining a high degree of attention to detail, organization, accuracy, and sense of urgency.Requires an individual with a positive professional attitude who can work as a part of a team or individually.Critical thinking and problem-solving skillsProactive approach with a passion for service and an ability to thrive in a results driven environmentRequires the ability to work under pressure and quickly adapt to changeAdditional Information:FLSA Status This is a non-exempt position.
