Our pharmaceutical client, is looking for a dynamic and seasoned Senior Director or Vice President of HR to lead and evaluate their HR function. As a key member of the leadership team, you will help shape and execute HR strategies helping all levels of the organization achieve their personal and professional potential.

Responsibilities: Be immersed in the business, understanding how the organization works to ensure HR added value. Be an employee advocate, ensuring all employees are equally represented and have an avenue to voice concerns and come to a reasonable conclusion. Be creative in managing headcount to ensure departmental needs are addressed while controlling cost. Develop a robust recruitment process focused on quality and time to fill metrics. Be a conduit for employee communications and fostering an inclusive environment. Establish and communicate company policies and procedures. Stay abreast of current state and federal labor laws and requirements. Represent the company in labor related issues, collaborating with legal resources as needed. Coordinate with the training manager "best practice" management training, offering supervisors training plans and or supervisor training sessions. Oversee the Exit Interview process, sharing results and trends with the Leadership Team on a quarterly basis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or equivalent combination of education, training and professional experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Minimum of ten (10) years of related experience. Demonstrated business acumen in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
