Job Description

We are seeking a part-time Bilingual Office Coordinator
  • The Front Office Coordinator will provide general office support with various clerical activities and related tasks, including but not limited to answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, and scheduling appointments. Monitor the flow of correspondence, filing, taking payments/deductibles, and liaise between patients, therapists, and medical groups.
  • Participates in the development of policies and procedures
  • Participates in weekly meetings with the DOR to discuss Productivity and scheduling reports
  • Functions as a liaison and maintains open communication with patient's providers, clinicians, and administrators for areas of responsibility
  • Assists in the development and implementation of plans to improve patient satisfaction
  • Ability to coordinate a high volume of patient and therapist appointment schedules
  • Requests authorizations for new cases
  • Ensures patients are maximizing their monthly therapy sessions
  • Provides occasional translation to caregivers and staff


Qualifications

Excellent customer services skills

Strong verbal and written communications skills

Must be detail-oriented and have thorough follow-up skills

Knowledgeable with all Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. and ability to learn other soft

MUST BE BILINGUAL (Spanish/English) ****

Clinic Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00AM-5:00PM
