1. Azure Devops Engineer L2/L3HCL Cloud CoE (Practice) team is looking for an experienced Azure Devops Engineers with expertise in design and implementation of Azure Automation and other automated solutions using ARM, PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible. In this role, you ll work closely with architecture and operations team on some of HCL's largest and most strategic customer engagements to build custom Azure Policy, ARM templates among other automation solutions. o Position Azure Devops Engineero Designation Technical Specialist/Associate Consultant/ Consultanto Experience - A minimum of 2-8 years of experience as a developer in Azure Roles & Responsibilities: Demonstrate deep engineering and development expertise on Microsoft Azure PAAS, FAAS and IAAS stack of services on multiple Consulting and Delivery engagements Ability to quickly identify customer requirements to specific Azure Services or Azure Platform; and being able to conduct in-depth diagnostics on Azure platform and services Evangelize and implement the concepts of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM, BICEP and Terraform Design and implement complex and secure custom Azure policy using JSON Create automated workflow using Azure Devops, Logic Apps, Azure Functions and PowerShell Ability to create solutions using Azure Automation Requirements: 2+ years of experience as an Azure Developer Designing and Implementing Microsoft Devops Solutions Certified (AZ-400) Proficient is using Azure Devops, Azure Pipelines, Azure Artifacts, Azure Test Plans, Azure Boards. Knowledge of YAML/JSON Ability to create Kusto queries (KQL) Hands-On Knowledge of ARM, BICEP, Terraform Use of configuration management tools like Ansible in Azure Experience is using Azure Automation to create solutions Extensive hands-on experience on JSON and creating of ARM templates and Azure Policy Proficient in Azure PaaS and Kubernetes (AKS) / Azure Container registry (ACR) Functional knowledge of Azure IaaS services Experience in Logic Apps, Azure Functions and PowerShell scripting preferable Ability to learn new technology in a fast-paced environment Passion for customers and focus on delivering the right customer experience - Coordinate with LoBs, external consultants to get relevant inputsordata like employee engagement scores, attrition analysis, employee feedback on policies, other HR scorecards, etc. from respective teams (COEs, LoB HR, business) and market (CandB benchmarking report, etc.) at the beginning of financial year - Analyse the data gathered and propose gaps and areas of improvement to the respective Practice Lead - Share inputs with the Practice Lead on the approach to meet these gaps and improvements - Coordinate with the LoBs for communication of final outcomes to respective business units and subsequently to delivery units - Participate in discussions with the vendor on system implementation of relevant HR module including customization for various LoBs - Share inputs on challenges and nuances of working of the system - Participate in testing of the system (user acceptance testing, etc.) - Track the implementation activities as per the plan; Highlight in case of deviations from the plan and take necessary corrective actions - Review the system or business requirements for the CoE processes

- Collate and provide inputs in design discussions of the relevant processes (compensation structure, PMS process, bell curve modelling, goals library, KPPs, process improvement assignment, etc.) and tools with the business teams along with the HRBPs - Support supervisor to prepare processordesign proposal and share with the LoBs and relevant stakeholders -
