Primary role: Assists customers via phone, live chat, and e-commerce with questions regarding products, pricing, and order details and first level technical assistances. Assists with coordination of Shipping, Production, accounting and Quality Control with level 1 and 2 CSR reps when needed. Coordinate and process instrument repairs on behalf of customer.
