The Marketing Coordinator supports our Brand and Media Marketing team and cross-channel partners in the creation and execution of our annual strategic marketing plans. This role will be highly collaborative and responsible for a variety of administrative functions and provides support for marketing and advertising efforts within the marketing department to support the overall goals of the company. The role works closely with our creative, eCommerce, Marketing Ops, and Loyalty teams to bring our New Seasons marketing plans to life. The ideal candidate is passionate about brands, delighting consumers and all things marketing. General Requirements: ·

Position Responsibilities: ·

Provide support of the marketing department's initiatives, assisting Senior Manager and Brand Managers with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs across web, weekly flyer, paid media, email and collateral. ·

Updates and gather campaign documentation on an ongoing basis. ·

Updates and gathers campaign performance data on an ongoing basis, analyzing key performance indicators to create comprehensive reporting for internal stakeholders. ·

Assists in the management of relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs. ·

Assists with the creation of paid media and print deliverables lists. ·

Assists in the final deployment of customer facing deliverables for paid media and print. ·

Tools and Equipment Used (not all inclusive): This position works with standard office equipment. May be required to use the following tools and equipment when working in stores or offsite; baler, hand truck, POS, industrial kitchen equipment (i.e. blast chiller, grill, knives/blades, oven, grills, scales, etc.) and basic housekeeping / janitorial items

. ·

This position works consistently at a

light work

level and may be asked to work on occasion at a medium or heavy work level when supporting stores or other offsite events.

Frequently

required to sit, walk, reach and grasp.

Occasionally

required to be on feet with a mix of standing and walking throughout shift. Up to

occasionally, dependent on location, required to climb stairs, step stool and /or ladders. ·

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience preferred. ·

Previous food and/or grocery specific industry experience preferred. Experience in a multi-unit, high growth retail or similar environment required. ·

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred. ·

Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing timelines. ·

Must be proactive and detail-oriented. ·

Have a positive, can-do-attitude and enjoy bringing teams together to deliver amazing work. ·

A collaborator who thrives in a fast paced, ever-changing environment. ·

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ·

Understanding of marketing platforms and channels, including paid media. ·

Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. ·

Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports. ·

Mid-level proficiency with MS Office. Skills to learn new computer programs and systems. ·

Excellent interpersonal skills, including tact and diplomacy, to collaborate, negotiate and communicate effectively and professionally with cross-functional partners at all levels in the company. Physical and Environmental Work Space:

Work occurs in office, a variety of off-site environments and in a grocery store environment which includes surfaces that can be wet and slippery, moderate noise level, and temperature extremes in controlled environments in the cooler and freezer, and depending on location, working outside in all temperatures. There may be exposure to certain allergens and / or chemicals.
