The Program Manager is a champion of change, helping implement and facilitate transitions to new processes and systems. In addition, this position is an integral part of the Employee Engagement team who leads and supports various activities. Through project management expertise, effective leadership, and clear communication, the Program Manager contributes to the achievement of organizational goals, while also providing guidance and support for team development and growth. Education and Experience: Required Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analysis, Computer Science, Finance and/or Operations Management 7+ years’ experience in the following: Project Planning/Management, Process Development/Improvement, Business Process Management, Change Management, Workflow Design, and/or digital tools Trained in Process Improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), Project Management and/or Change Management and in-depth understanding of methodologies with proven ability to implement and sustain changes Success in leading people, both direct reports and project teams, to complete deliverables.
